I designed an application for prediction markets with disputes and resolution periods, aiming to create a seamless and transparent experience for users. The goal was to facilitate informed predictions, constructive discussions, and fair dispute resolution.

As a UX designer for a consensus of truth application, my role was to craft an intuitive and engaging experience for users participating in prediction markets with disputes and resolution periods. The goal was to create an environment where individuals could confidently make predictions, engage in respectful discussions, and resolve disputes in a fair and transparent manner.

Challenge

The challenge lay in designing an application that could effectively facilitate the complex process of prediction markets, while also providing a clear and structured approach to disputes and resolution. This required balancing the need for open discussion with the need for clear rules and guidelines, all while maintaining a user-friendly interface that encouraged participation and engagement.

Solution

The application I designed allows users to easily create and participate in prediction markets, with clear guidelines and rules for dispute resolution. The platform features a robust discussion forum where users can engage with each other, share information, and provide evidence to support their predictions. The dispute resolution process is structured around clearly defined periods, ensuring that all parties have ample opportunity to present their cases and come to a consensus. Key features include:

• A customizable dashboard for tracking predictions and resolving disputes

• A moderated discussion forum for respectful debate and information sharing

• Automated reminders and notifications for upcoming resolution periods

• A reputation system that incentivizes fair play and accurate predictions
